Simple application that lets you calculate your 1 repetition maximum.
For example, lets say you can lift 225 pounds 6 times when you bench, with this application you can determine that your 1 repetition maximum is approximately 261 pounds.
Provides you with 1 rep max, as well as 2,3,4 and 5 rep max amounts.
-> Select weight lifted
-> Select number of repetitions performed
-> See your rep maximum
